Malegroomin Ltd will offer a money back guarantee on most of its products, if you are not satisfied/or the item is faulty. If you arenot being happy with any product you purchased from malegroomin.co.uk, please return it to us within 7 days for a full refund, store credit to the address below.

If you are returning your order (and it is not damaged or faulty) please return it to us in a fully packaged and in a UN-USED STATE

If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax or e-mail.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you have received your order and it is damaged or it is faulty, please return it to us, at the following address below, with a note stating you have received a faulty product OR it has been damaged in the post. Please return it to us within 7 days for a full refund, store credit or exhange.

The Distance Selling Regulations - give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. Please include your details and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.

 

We will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
